No parking available! Had to sit in traffic and drive around for paid parking before the game and then after game could not get access to the hotel parking

Positives:
The staff were great. Friendly and hustled when they were busy.
Negatives:
We drove and the parking lot was full. We were told we can try to park in Stadium parking. We were told this never happened before and the attendant didn’t know what we should do. Check in is 3:00 but our room wasn’t available until 3:15.

It was close to the Levi's stadium. Checking in went fast.
Negatives:
I'm disabled and was denied parking in the disabled spots of the Hyatt parking lot on game day because they said it was full. I had to pay $60 to park across the street from the Hyatt and walk. This happened even after we called to confirm we could park in the lot prior to the game due to my disability. A week later, my knee and leg still haven't recovered from the excessive walking.
