The room was nice and spacious and very clean. The front staff was very nice.
Negatives:
The room didn't have a closet to hang clothes. The snack shop at the hotel is filled with lots of junk and overpriced. I worked very late and didn't get back to my room until 2am and was sleeping at 4am. I requested a late check out and the nice staff member granted at noon. The morning of a House keeper banged on my door at exactly 11am, I got up and explained how I had late check out. He apologized and left. About 10.mins later, a woman housekeeper, who appeared to be a supervisor, banged on my door, not once, but many times very hard. I got up again, and explained how I had a late check out. She argued with me and told me very sternly that the check out was at 11am. I told her that I had made the request and was granted it. She then said, well I need to check with the manager. So I got dressed and left right away. I felt she was mean and disrespectful. Oh well! I won't be coming back here again!!! ..

The staff were great and I always got towels etc when I needed them. The air conditioning was awful..noisy. Couldnt open the window because of the train noise.

Room distribution was on point, and facilities were close to my workplace. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Finally, it is close to every such like train station, airport and downtown.

The only is the parking fee if you own a car. Please make sure to have that on consideration when booking.

Negatives:
The cleaning was the biggest issue. I am not the cleanest person, but there was a woman hair inside my bed.
The plates in the room were not clean, dry food on it, so I had to wash them again.
In general, I would never stay there again
