Negatives: staff make everithing difficult, my girlfriend had a knee surgery and she had to be walking downstairs multiple times when we already agree for her to get the keys, the lady at the desk so unprofessional , the manager was so nice but Im not happy with the lady at the desk I wouldn't go again because of her. I had to go in the middle of an important meeting for my Gf to be able to enter the property .
