Positives: Location and cost
Negatives: Lights in bathroom did not work, the drain plug in the tub was broken. Had to reach down the drain to prop it up! Really gross! Talked to staff and their response was . Well thats too bad !

Negatives: It was the worst Hilton. Not nice at all. Lots of broken things in the room,no ac, a light on the wall was falling off, lamp had nasty water damage, the bed was hard not fluffy, shampoo bottle was useless with broken pump.

Negatives: The Hilton should be refunding me for my room because I booked a two night stay, but the room reeked like black mold so much so it triggered my asthma and causing chest tightness I had to check out a night early. The lamp shades in the room were stained

Positives: There are a lot of great things but my favorite was the room service menu. we orderd 4 times and the food was excellent!! As was the service all the orders came in less then 30 minutes and our room was about as far from the kitchen as you could get LOL
Negatives: a few little things about the room were not up to what I consider hilton standards. room phone did not work, bathroom fan stopped working, and a lampshade was bent. staff did offer to fix.

Negatives: Gave a key to our room after our first room we walked in smelled like someone was smoking in. We dont smoke period. We picked non smoking room for a reason. Next room we were resigned to another room. After 5 minutes someone has a key to our room

Negatives: We tried calling the front desk and the restaurant several times without answer. The waitstaff was complaining about how they needed to hurry up and leave because of labor laws & our $38 charcuterie board was sliced cheese and deli meat for sandwiches.
