Negatives: Pool was dirty and not heated. We had to call the front desk several times to get towels, dishes, cookware, blankets, pillows, had to call maintenance to fix one of the tvÂ's. When we took kids to pool there were 5 guys with cases of beers drinking

Negatives: After staying here almost every week for two months, some kid behind the desk said I was being charged for the comforters bc their coffee leaked onto them. $250 and I didnÂ't get the comforters. Will NEVER be back. A stained comforter vs. my $400 week?

Negatives: This is the first hotel that actually charged my credit card 100 % of the price of the stay for incidentals Not incurred. After checking out I was told that the charges would be refunded. Four days later since the stay and I still don't see a refund.

Negatives: The bed and pillows. Probably because I bought a memory mattress. The pillows did not settle in to sleep well. Pillows are great to sit up and watch TV.
