How close it was to the venue I was working at

There were no amenities at all. Everything is under construction. The water pressure is very low. Maintenance had to come in and fix the leaky bathroom. Housekeeping didn't bring any fresh towels or toilet paper. Front desk clerk was rude!

The control to the tv did not have batteries, when I called front desk they didn’t have replacement so my children had no tv during our stay. Then the sink was clogged, called front desk they stated they would send staff, this happened about 9pm, waited till almost midnight no one came. We used the shower to wash our face and teeth. When I checked out I was told I would see a credit back to my account and over a month later still no credit was issued. Wont stay there again!!

Always a great stay at Holiday Inn in Santa Maria. The rooms are always clean and comfy. The staff is amazing always so helpful. When my boyfriend and I stay in Santa Maria it’s always the Holiday Inn.

I didn’t like the fact that there was some teenagers above us that we’re too loud all night long and we really didn’t get to rest also as I was leaving the next morning, the door handle broke off in my hand the manager when I took it out said that she would take some money off for the inconvenience but that was on March 11 of 2025 and they still have $182 pending from my account but they still haven’t let go and still haven’t given me any money back for my deposit nothing

There was construction going on that was not made known when making reservations. Breakfast was advertised as being included, however it was not as the restaurant, gym and other facilities were closed. Hard getting in & out of the parking lot and the doors in & out of the building were left open during the day.

The hotel is in the midst of a remodel. Rooms are a great size with a kitchenette. But everything is outdated. Parking limited, construction material everywhere. It’s also becoming a Hilton hotel. It’s good despite the remodel. Hope it becomes great after.
