Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Tuesday, May 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Tuesday, May 28th, 2024 at midnight and Wednesday, May 29th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, May 29th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 29, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night's charge (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for <b>the mandatory fee listed above as well as</b> any additional hotel incidental charges such as parking, phone calls or minibar charges which are not included in the room rate.

Pet Policy: Up to 2 commonly domesticated pets are allowed in selected room categories. Garden View Rooms located on the first floor are designated as being pet-friendly. A pet fee of $150 per week will be charged to guests' folio.
