Located just off Highway 101, Best Western Plus Wine Country Inn & Suites is an eco-friendly hotel and features a Zen garden and an outdoor pool. The Santa Rosa city center is less than 4 minutes from the hotel. Free WiFi and a cable TV are featured in each room at the Best Western Plus Wine Country Inn & Suites. Between Friday, Apr 12th, 2024 at midnight and Wednesday, Apr 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, Apr 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 17, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 5 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Positives: The staff that checked us in was excellent, the housekeeping staff were wonderful. The room was fantastic- it was so spacious ! It didn't even feel like a hotel room. The pillows were the most comfortable I've slept on in my life and the breakfast.... I can't believe the level of breakfast. About 20 different options that changed each day (included with your stay). It was all so yummy and really and the trip better and saved us a bunch of money by not having to seek out breakfast.

Negatives: The bed from the pull out couch was not the greatest, but we just ended up piling into the queen beds with our small kids and it worked out great. Next time we'll book a room with a spa tub, but the shower was still great.

Negatives: Rooms are a little small and wasn't cleaned that well. Found trash and used cutips in different places of the room. The entrance to the hotel is a little hard to pull into because of the traffic lanes.
