Room was very dated. Key card on the side door did not work. Elevator was broken also. Kitchen area was completely empty and had to ask for every single item. There were construction materials by the front door which blocked access. Check in staff seemed too busy and not very friendly.

The elevator was out which we weren't told until check in. I have a bad knee so a room on the 2nd floor was a pain. Our first room the shower did not work, and there was no stopper to use the tub. I called the front desk and they had us move rooms to where the shower worked, but still no plug for the tub. And the phone didn't work in the second room

It wasn't until after I arrived that was I told about the elevator(s) not in service (sounds like it's been a while) AND I was going to be booked on the third floor (which isn't initially a problem, except I was not prepared to be climbing the stairs to the third floor with all my stuff) The interior of the whole facility seemed depressing & rundown.
