Positives: Fab pool area & great food / bar

Negatives: Rooms badly need updating & soundproofing! A gap under the door & you can literally hear the conversation next door. Windows were filthy but the view of the car park wasnt great anyway. Noisy plastic mattress covers on the single beds - we didnt have very young children!
