Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. Parking was convenient. Location was convenient.
Negatives:
Accommodations weren't quite as presented online. A nice hotel but hardly the luxe accommodations presented and expected. Secure entrance was broken; exterior door open all night. Disappointed by lack of welcoming experience normally presented by Hyatt Hotels at check-in. Three staff members were present with no other guests in lobby or at check-in yet no one welcomed us or offered to assist with check-in. Felt like we were putting them out by checking in. Not a pleasant or welcoming experience.

Room - drapes didn’t close all the way to darken. Bathroom supplies (shower body wash empty). No housekeeping. Staff not super welcoming. Not unfriendly but not friendly.
It seemed like the hotel was short on supplies. We got 3 decaf coffee pods. Felt like there wasn’t a lot of attention to guests.
