After Thursday, Jun 19th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jun 19, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Positives: Breakfast was great, I think for the price it would've been nice to have spent the day by the pool not have to check out so soon and I feel like check-in should be earlier as well. It's hard to enjoy the facilities when you're getting to town later in the afternoon and then having to leave next day and not be able to relax and enjoy it, but I only stayed one night..

Negatives: The bed was so sagged in the middle. I had to sleep at the end of the bed on the edge.!

Positives: It was reasonably priced. To us Australian travellers, it was a typical US two story hotel , with all rooms opening out onto a verandah. The pool and spa were great, perfect after a day of exploring the Napa Valley.

Negatives: The decor and fittings are tired but it was clean and comfortable, for the price.

Positives: The hotel room was comfortable and the pool area/fire pits nice.

Negatives: The lack of towels at the pool on a holiday weekend. Breakfast ending at 9am on a Monday of a holiday weekend as well as the pool restaurant opening at 3pm on a holiday weekend. And the fact that tons of people came into the pool area that were clearly not staying there turning the place into a zoo. On a holiday weekend, I think the amenities should carry the same hours on Monday as it does on Sat and Sun.
