Truth - I was told not to "expect too much", since it was "only" an Extended Stay America. My husband and I were very pleasantly surprised! The room was immaculately clean & the staff was helpful and friendly at every hour of the day!

Bare kitchen, no clean towels, no shampoo. Later to find out you must ask for everything. There is coffee in the entrance, no breakfast all 4 days. The staff should inform the guests the rules.

But actually it is free coffee with muffins.
That’s misleading.
There is only 3 pillows on a queen bed.
And I asked the front desk for extra pillow and she said that she will send it to my room, but never arrived.
The bed mattress was not level or old.
So I canceled my three nights from March 7 to 10
