Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Friday, Mar 21st, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Friday, Mar 21st, 2025 at midnight and Saturday, Mar 22nd, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Saturday, Mar 22nd, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Mar 22, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These #START_PHOTO#charges#END_PHOTO# may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in the room rate.

Early check in privileges are extended as a courtesy based on availability but can be guaranteed only by checking in the prior day. Late check out privileges are extended as a courtesy based on availability. Check-outs after 14:00 will be subject to a half day charge. Check outs after 17:00 will be subject to a full day charge. A limited number of ground-floor rooms are available for dogs under 60 lbs. A nightly, nonrefundable pet fee is required, $100 for one dog and $150 for two dogs.
