Positives:
The breakfast was very, very good. Lots of choices and the coffee machine was the best.
Negatives:
Lack of parking spaces for guests was not appreciated. I did not enjoy parking in the street on one night. Guests cooking in the parking lot with their music blasting was not appreciated. Guest laundry uses quarters but no quarters available at front desk.

Too expensive for Scotts Valley
Positives:
It was convenient to my family gathering. The bathroom was the best part of the room. The staff that I dealt with were nice.
Negatives:
Glued shut windows were totally unacceptable. I was miserable not being able to get fresh air. No T.V. to speak of. What maybe three stations? The carpet was grungy. You should put down the flooring you have in the bathroom. Parking was tight. Came back late one evening and there was no parking space so parked on the road. The first room your gave me the toilet didn't work! The room was dark. For the price of the room I didn't get what I paid for.

Disappointing for the price.
Positives:
Price was good and close to town
Negatives:
Found a live cockroach in the room. 3 times between 845am-955am they knocked on our door to clean the room the day we were to check out. Check out is 11am and we repeatedly told them we were not done. It was so rude and frustrating. I understand the first time but not the second or third time. They had workers that were cleaning up the far north end of the outside area and two nights in a row they were drinking out by their trucks until later in the evening. They were loud. Disappointed in our stay here.
