Positives:
Almost a perfect stay all the way around (location, price, cleanliness, customer service).
Negatives:
Not keen on a 4:00 pm check in; not a fan of an automatic $100 deductible; and the shower had low pressure. Was a perfect stay otherwise.

I have had older rooms at this property, and I really prefer the updated rooms. Hope all rooms have been updated by this date of 2025

Location of the hotel to our destination.
Negatives:
Got an email offering early check in for additional cost. I emailed back to accept the offer. Hotel got message to confirm. Arrived 30 minutes into to 2-3pm early check in and told me that room was not available and to come back later.
Breakfast could be a little bit better. The eggs, potatoes and sausage need improvement. I enjoyed the avocado and hard boiled egg.

Positives:
The staff at check in was very pleasant and welcoming. The room was nicely sized with lots of room. The best was very comfortable. The balcony over looked a street but it wasn't too busy or loud. Lots of food options within walking distance. Carina's Cafe down the road was great for breakfast. So much within walking distance that you don't need to move your car once you park for your stay if you're staying in the area for the whole trip. Beach, main street with lots of shops and food - all within walking distance. We will definitely stay again if we decide to go back to Seal Beach.
Negatives:
The parking garage is a little tight if you have a larger vehicle, but they do have a few spots in the back that are uncovered and easier to get in and out if you have a larger vehicle. They also only have one elevator so make sure you ask for a close room if you need to use it to get up and down from your room. We used stairs located at the end of the hallway by our room to get up/down.
