Positives: The room was a nice size, well-equipped with on-site parking. The bed was comfortable. The location is convenient for us, as it is within a mile or two of our family's apartment. The staff was courteous and pleasant.

Negatives: Heater/ac leaked water onto the carpet in the room--we informed management and think it was taken care of, although there wasn't time for the carpet to dry out. Have to pay for parking. Also, Denny's isn't that great for breakfast and we had to pay for that. We found a nice little coffee shop about .5 mile away which had lovely coffee and baked goods.

Positives: The room was spacious, and I had no problems with any of the amenities that were offered. I enjoyed the bed and the room was clean everywhere. The only complaint was that I had noisy neighbors, if not it would have been a great stay.

Negatives: The walls were thin, so I could hear the people in the other unit. They were very noisy and I could not sleep that great because of them, as they would also slam their doors hard along with talking loud.

Positives: Clean, comfortable bed and pillows, excellent shower &,water pressure, nice bathtub too. Nice size TV. Great staff. Would definitely stay again.

Negatives: Like most hotels the bedspreads are very thin. Usually there is a clean blanket in the closet, this one did not. Would be a nice touch. You can call the front desk for one but it was late so I turned the heater up but would have preferred a simple blanket.

Negatives: There was no indication that I would be charged an additional $15 for parking. In essence, the cost of staying at hotel is actually more than what is advertised. The officials know that it is wrong and still they allow such deception.
