I just need and clean comforfable place to stay and it exceed my expectation
Positives:
Room was very clean, staff was very nice. Bathroom was remodeled and had an amazing shower and the water was very hot! They even had a small fenced in area for the dog with a poop bag dispenser and trash can.
Negatives:
Beds very very uncomfortable, parking lots are very hard to deal with. The free breakfast was terrible, the scrambled eggs were wet and gross, the waffles tasted like cardboard and there were
no non-dairy options.

Receptionist was very friendly and gave me a room in front.

The bed was very hard and kind of lumpy. Breakfast was in another building and I had to walk through large parking area and down steep stairs to get there. Warm food was cold and several items were not restocked even though I arrived 45 minutes before close time.

It was in Sonoma. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The air conditioner was so loud we had to shut it down. After we went to bed there was a very very loud noise coming through the wall, so loud it made the bed vibrate. I called the desk and she laughed and said it was the jetted tub in the next room and it would stop when they finished their bath. We didn’t find it funny. After awhile it stopped. Why would they put anyone in the room we had knowing the problem!! They gave us a room in an annex building, not the pictured hotel.

It was awful.
Positives:
The biggest problem was the noise. The windows/walls are thin and you can hear every conversation and every vehicle like they are in your room.
Negatives:
The eggs at breakfast were always cold to slightly warm. There was no variation to the breakfast and on the last day there was no breakfast.
