The location is great, close to everything you want to do in South Lake Tahoe
Negatives:
The furniture are older then me all dirty, the floor looked like it was not swept for couple months, there was two bags of coffee but only one cream and sugar for two nights we stayed and the coffee machine was never cleaned and bathtub was very dirty
