check in was terrible, room keys didnt work, dirty rooms, had to change rooms because key didnt work, staff unorganized and unprofessional. seemed as if staff lived in the bottom floor rooms of hotel.

Dirty room & evidence of bed bugs. The linoleum peels up in the bathroom causing a tripping hazard. The carpet is not just stained but soiled and filthy. The AC is so loud I couldn't sleep with it on. The TV remote didn't work. There was a broken closet door left outside my room and no screens on the windows. Extremely overpriced based on the poor quality of the room.
