Positives:
The room was amazing, I had a two bedroom two bath suite, with a full kitchen. It was all updated and spotless. The hot tubs were open, warm, and clean, and one of the two pools was already open, heated to 80 degrees, in April. The staff was beyond nice and very helpful. The location is great, very close to the heavenly gondola and the casinos. Plus the property is right next to Van Sickle bi-state park with hiking trails.
Negatives:
The breakfast was great and was available later than most breakfasts offered at hotels. My only complaint was the hash browns were only so-so, haha. In other words, no complaints at all.

I liked having a balcony and the room itself was decent, knowing we had an elderly dog, they shouldn't have put us on the 3rd floor.
Negatives:
The breakfast was tasteless. Steamed eggs and boiled sausage, no flavor. Would have expected they might try just a tad since they charge you 35$ per day for breakfast......

It's in perfect location, close...
Positives:
Proximity to the Heavenly gondola and shops, free covered parking, very good breakfast and comfortable beds. Our room was partially remodeled.
Negatives:
The bathroom fan was extremely noisy, floor was very squeaky (we stayed on the first floor and could hear steps on floor above), second bathroom shower was small and bathroom lack paint

Property very old and outdated. Mold around the windows. No locks on the windows. At times did not feel save. Need more security doors. Anyone can walk on property and use the pool or get into the buildings.
