Positives:
We loved the relaxed nature of the hotel. A lovely place to chill out and brilliant facilities to prepare your own food and make drinks etc.
Every evening they have a happy hour and free s’mores to toast on the fire pits.
The staff were all so helpful in recommending the best things to do and making us feel so welcome.

A must-stay if in incredible...
Positives:
The overall experience was great. The staff were friendly and the amenities like S'mores at night and jacuzzi was perfect addition to the stay. Our building was a little off to the side and the construction going on during the stay was a bit disruptive. However, for the price and the quality, this hotel is definitely good.

There was a construction going on in our building, making it a little bit disruptive. It would have been great to be given a heads-up.

Our room wasn’t very clean on check in. There was construction downstairs the whole time and insulation kept floating up to our balcony which meant we couldn’t enjoy any fresh air. The kitchen was closed when we visited.

We froze because the room didn’t have working heating. Slept the whole night below 55F. Nothing we could do because the front desk closes at 10pm. When we brought this up during checkout they said that normally they would give a partial refund but they couldn’t because the booking was through Booking.com. Booking.com also refused to help, so just in case better reserve directly through the hotel. The room was just ok, grossly overpriced at 270 per night. Cleanliness wasn’t great, see the image attached. Overall, a nightmare!!

It's a great motel in a good spot. The pool is wonderful and warm. The staff are wonderful and friendly. We had a great time there. The beds are really comfortable. We had a great stay.
Negatives:
As it is a motel you can hear outside though easy to solve with earplugs and same in all.motels. The lighting is low so if you plan to work this could be an issue.

The hotel had activities for the guests which made it easier to talk to people who were also staying in the same hotel. The hot tub and heated pool were my favorite amenities.

I was hoping breakfast would've been included but the fact that they had breakfast as an option for purchase was helpful.
