Positives: It's a nice moderen looking hotel. Not far from food options.
Negatives: The A/C was not adjustable in our room. We would change it to a temperature we wanted and it would revert back to it's "standard temp". Also we weren't expecting the deposit fee. We would have appreciated that fee to be more up front.

Negatives: Our room was extremely hot and the ac was not working. We waited several hours for a technician to show up but he cudn't do much. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Positives: Really good staff needed a blanket thru out the middle of the night and staff came a bought to us.
Negatives: Had a small issue but management took care of everything and gave us a free breakfast voucher before we left for our flight. Thanks we will come back whenever in the area again...

Negatives: For a 3 star hotel...hmmm...toilet did not flush, door handle stuck so difficult to get out of room, and hairdryer not working. Little inconveniences I expect at Motel 6 but not Holiday Inn.

Negatives: Terrible experience. Room was super cold. Heater did not work. Front desk kept saying they will send a technician to fix it. It was 2 AM in the morning when they came up with a smart decision to send extra blankets. Front desk staff was super rude too.
