The room was nice and the atmosphere

I didn’t like the fact that when I booked the room and then when I even replied to the text I specifically asked for a room near the elevators and I got a reply twice saying it would not be a problem for that accommodation but when we got there to check in I wasn’t given what I asked for and what I was told I would be able to get .

I really enjoyed the fresh breakfast and the omelette station as well as the cut off time for Jacuzzi and swimming pool so adults can enjoy their time and the night as well
Negatives:
I did not like how the shower doors kept opening and all of the rooms that we had. I also didn't like all the mess that people leave in the swimming pool like they never maintenance over there. There's never any towels you know. I just thought that was very annoying and also the heater didn't work and I was upset about that

No shower gel in bathroom/Man comes to replace gel and leaves tub full of dirt from his work boots....we had to clean it......had to go to front desk twice to get toilet paper will not leave extra.....
Please buy new blankets, they feel and look like they are 100 years old as well as your mattress..... mattress uncomfortable
