Positives: I like the staff gave me a upgrade to the penthouse by level suite the first day I got there it worked out good for them cause I extend it for about a week and I kept getting the nice room

Negatives: Be aware of this Hotel! I made a reservation for my family (I didn't stay at this Hotel) and I PAID it through booking,com with my credit card. When my family arrived they asked for a $50 deposit and my mother had to give them her credit card. (They said is just a backup in case they need to charge due to damage). This hotel charged my mother the TOTALCOST of the reservation AGAIN and the receptionist knew the reservation was ALREADY PAID through booking.com. After ONE month they still haven't refunded my mother the cost of the reservation! I have sent messages to this hotel through booking,com and no answer. My husband called them and they said they will refund but they didn't! JUST BE AWARE, YOU BETTER BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Negatives: I booked a reservation and we were not accommodated due to their Rooms without aircondition . We were advised by the front desk to transfer to another hotel at 0200 in the morning. Good thing a friend of mine offered to book me us under his name to a different hotel . Since my booking was non refundable, I asked for an exception because it was your end. Not me.. However, it has been a couple of days that Booking customer service told me that they still waiting for your response and until now there is NO response. Please take a look into this.
