Housekeeping is not all it could be. When the staff did make up the room, they made the bed, however they also dumped my sleep mask and pajamas on the floor and left them there.

I didn't like the way the complementary breakfast was handled. I was sitting in the restaurant and an employee came up to me and gave me a bill for the breakfast. He didn't say a word, just dropped off the bill and left. I finished my coffee and went to the front desk and asked about the bill, as I understood the breakfast was part of the deal. The clerk looked up my room and said that I was correct, no charge for your breakfast, but the staff gives every person who has breakfast a bill to see if a customer wanted to leave a tip. Really? Something is wrong here.

The only thing I liked about the property was the location and the price.

Some staff were very rude.
There were no outdoor trash cans.
Improper signage. Ex. There was a sign in the food area that said the bar was open until 10:00pm and they had another sign that said the grill closed at 9:00pm with a last call of 8:45pm. When we got to the bar at 9:00pm they said the bar and grill were closed and the last call was at 8:45pm. The man who gave us this information was very rude.
Outdoor fireplace feature was broken.
We were given a bill for our breakfast even though it was supposed to be included in our room rate, which was very confusing.
