Breakfast was ok but didn’t have enough to serve everyone, people in the lobby drinking alcohol and bringing in alcohol to drink in the lobby , had my kids there with us and they did not feel safe .

BAD SERVICE ONCE CHECKED IN I WAS LOCKED OUT THE NEXT DAY THEY FORGOT TO ACTUALLY CHECK ME IN EVEN THOUGH THEY GAVE ME A ROOM CARD. THEY RAN MY CREDIT CARD 3 TIMES AND NOW GETTING A RUN AROUND TO OBTAIN CREDIT BACK EVEN THOUGH ROOM WAS PAID IN CASH!

There were no free parking for the guests, this is the first time we have to pay $27 dls, I think we shouldn’t have to pay for parking, after all we are the guests
