Negatives: Wish we could have an option to accommodate cash paying guests. Tricky if u don`t have a a debit or credit card. When it is raining moving to the block to your room is tricky,was rained on.

Positives: Charged 30.00 extra dollars to check in at one. I was exhausted and just wanted to take hot bath and go to sleep. No hot water. I talked to one of the housekeepers and said she would have someone fix it and nothing happened. Barely slept, children running in aisle all the time

Positives: The pool was nice The facilities were fine

Negatives: The receptionist was really rudely!! I have call couple of times asking for the deposit back... it have been over 10 working days as they told me it would take. Today I was calling to ask what was happening and the receptionist have been really rudely is not the first time she is, but this time she have hung up the phone 2 times on me, she wouldn't give me her name, just say to call the manager at 11 am. I try to tell her that I am put of the country so time differences was a bit complicated so could she leave a note or something and she refused to do that or anything helpful. I have been really disappointed with it. I wouldn't recommend this place to stay because of the customer service
