Staff unhelpful at front desk, sent 4 emails to Dawn so far with no response, i paid through booking.com $41.23 USD for an upgrade and received the same room I originally booked, went down to reception on 1st May and was advised my refund would be processed next day once they spoke to the manager, when I checked out I asked again about my refund and again was told it is processing, it is now 11th (6days later and booking.com) have advised me that Dawn has not responded to them either about the refund, seriously don't know why it is so hard to refund a service you didn't provide Janine Dunbar-Reid

Jada, and Diamond were really nice and Ms. Tita was exceptional the three or four times I went to her with questions or concerns! Tita was the GREATEST and I'll definitely be staying there again once I'm back in San Francisco. Hopefully I'll be able to stay in the main building this time around!

The room was really clean and lovely. The location is very handy. A Denny's for dinner right next door.
Negatives:
Well, I stayed in the back unit, which is very quiet. But during the night, SOMEONE SLEPT IN MY CAR!!! I have no idea how they got in. It was locked. They took nothing, but left potato chip crumbs all thru. Just strange. And not sure how it could have been avoided, unless I stayed in the front unit, where my car would have been more visible/public.

Accommodation was clean with high quality bed and pillow. We slept really well :) breakfast was a standard motel one but with plenty of options.
Motel is probably soundproof because we didn't hear any noise from the outside (trains or highway).

Positives:
Charged 30.00 extra dollars to check in at one. I was exhausted and just wanted to take hot bath and go to sleep. No hot water. I talked to one of the housekeepers and said she would have someone fix it and nothing happened. Barely slept, children running in aisle all the time
