Check-in person was rather impersonal. That was unusual for this hotel. Most are very friendly. Sheets on one bed were gritty and had several black specks that had to be picked off.

Katie at the front desk was exceptional and remedied my booking problem with patience, professionalism, and confidence. She handled my issues well all while still being present for other guests without making me feel neglected or forgotten
