Positives:
Bed ok, Breakfast lacked
Negatives:
Multiple issues, mainly floors not clean, phone not working, agent who answered at night offered no recouse. Sorry, I'm alone her, what do you want me to do? Sunday evening the trees all around the pool were being cut down with no separation of falling debris, Rodents and insects were subject to coming in our room. The threshold had at least a 1" gap which could allow escaping rodents into our room. I hardly slept. The sheets were not changed in the 3 days we stayed. I pulled back the top blanket only to see the top sheet untouched. Finally, the worthless coffee maker was not working properly and not replenished daily. Untouched! And no napkins at breakfast and whip cream for the bagels.

Positives:
Clean. The convenience of shampoo, etc., in easy to use large bottles.
Negatives:
The elevator. Obviously very old.. Also the door to our room had a broken plate in the doorjamb and we were unable to enter our room without help nor could we locked it.. It took two staff kembers approximately 45 minutes to fix the door. We were very tired and just wanted to rest. The staff didn't seem to care. In fact, they were quite put out.
