I arrived at 3:30 am wanted to get some rest for few hours till 9am but credit card machine was broken & each card wasn't going through & receptionist was trying to blame on me after spending almost an hour I offered cash as deposit but he hesitated first

Staff was helpful in changing us to a better room.

First room had a strong odor and the carpet was soiled. There was garage under the staircase.

Found a used syringe as soon as I got off my vehicle. Notified front desk and they never picked it up. New room, old appliances, roaches still inside them. Roach droppings inside microwave. Killed about 8 roaches during my stay. Won't be back

Everything was pretty satisfying, although I experienced some limited amount of hot water with the shower. Some days I had no hot water. The carpet in the room was a little dirty. Some construction noise.
