The bed was like sleeping on a brick did not get any sleep. I also upgraded the room very upset over the extra charge when it was extremely uncomfortable.

I made my reservations a month in advance, I requested a high floor & A Waterfront view, I got an ugly parking lot view & a middle floor.
Its a nice hotel, nice staff, I left a gift for one if the front desk Clerks bcus it seemed she was not having a great bday... the room was good, however the Apt size refrigerator was a shock, but a plus & the Lobby Bar & outdoor seating was beautiful . A Perfect event place if needed.
Negatives:
I wasn't happy knowing they didn't honor my requests in any manner. Why even put requests if they can't accommodate to half . The staff was nice tho.
And I was told that the Dbl occupancy has liberty to Waterfront views only!! I picked this hotel because of the view.. I will definitely put that in a review to others that may be traveling Single King rooms do not qualify for Waterfront views..
