Incredible experience overall. This hotel is a gemthe only downside is, street parking on a very busy road is what youre stuck with OR you have to pay $25 for parkingand its only one hour after 8A..so you have to keep moving your car.

There was an automated check in/check out computer that worked nicely. The staff helped us SO much when we initially were assigned a room that didn't work for us. I forgot to bring plates and the staff happily gave us some disposable ones!

There was no microwave and we REALLY needed one. I don't like that you enter from a parking garage where its dark and somewhat creepy. More expensive parking than others in the area.

The hotel is superb. Large, comfortable room and a superior bed. Our room and the hotel overall were sparkling clean with a clean fresh atmosphere. Best of all is the staff who were friendly, helpful, and consistently accommodating.
