The location to universal studios and the convenience of the free trolley was amazing. Pool area is very nice with a great bar/lounge area. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The property was beautiful and well maintained.

My only real complaint is the pillows were too soft/flat but that’s pretty common in a lot of places. I also wish there had been a microwave available in the room as there was a fridge but we had no way to heat up food or leftovers when everything in the hotel was closed, and there is nowhere nearby to get food/snacks after 10pm. Which when you have been in the parks all day is a bit inconvenient.

My favorite place to stay with family in LA…. Great pool and hot tub area, nice dining options with something for everyone….. convivial staff and fun rooms! Good location for LA east side stuff!
