The hotel feels new, clean and plenty of parking space. The breakfast was extremely good! The staff for the breakfast working very hard to keep the are very clean!

The staff at time of checking in was very rude and wasnt very bright. I told her I have paid my room in advance and she keep saying that I need to pay again! Even after I showed her my e mail to show it was paid in full. very bad!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and modern.
Negatives:
The location is good if you are willing to walk to Levi Stadium however if you have small children and prefer a ride share or to drive and park closer, it's impossible to get back to the hotel after an event as the city has all the streets blocked off.

The reception was professional, knowledgeable, effective and efficient. The twin bed room was spacious, comfy, neat , tidy and well decorated. The breakfast was sumptuous with sufficient variety of food items, drinks, fruits.

This is an excellent hotel for business and leisure stay.

One reason we chose the Fairfield is because of the full breakfast. The food was hot, fresh and refilled in a timely manner.
Negatives:
The waffle maker was very popular. However, it is placed in a corner, causing crowds. Perhaps placed on an end. A staff member to make the waffles at busy times would be best
