The breakfast. Booked including breakfast, It was very basic, lady at the restaurant said I can only use the buffet, not ala carte. Although the price for buffet is highest in the breakfast menu. At the day of check out I needed to leave at 6:10 to the airport. Asked if I can take a breakfast box, with some pastry and fruit. She said no, I can only eat on site. Taking into consideration the breakfast was prepaid it is not a good attitude, neither customer service

Front desk checkin female was flippant / rude. She said the right words but the way she said them was rude. Definitely needs customer training.
Negatives:
Rudeness and having to pay extra for a car. That extra payment wasn’t made clear when booking. Felt like a ripoff.

Lessett in the food buffet area is so helpful I appreciate her taking care of my special orders for breakfast the weekend crew is wonderful and the cook he did great with my fruit cups and omelette
