The day I checked out, I forgot my Expensive Rebook Shoes, I call them immidiately, they said when they clean the room they will bring to ;us and report it. Please call us back tomorrow. I called next day they said it hasn't arrive, please give one more day. I called third day they said they couldn't find my shoes.

The bed was really comfortable, and the room was convenient to the elevator and the breakfast dining room. Easy to check in. Good location.
Negatives:
No body wash soap in the shower. It was empty, and skimpy on the towels.

A nice place to stay...
Positives:
Excellent customer service. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. There was a problem with the room and the Russian employee at the front desk (forgot her name) was extremely responsive and helpful in resolving the issue. It’d be nice to know ahead of time that we had to pay for parking but not a deal breaker.

Ant invasion first night. Dishes and glasses in the cabinet were filthy. We thought they were permanently stained until we ran them through a dishwasher cycle to realize housekeeping simply wasn't thorough.
Also disclosure of paid parking would have been nice to know when the reservation is being made.

Overall very good. Breakfast was better than average
Negatives:
Grout in shower and bottom corners looked moldy. Side parking spaces were too narrow even for smaller cars. Impossible to open car doors without hitting next car. This may be the reason I won’t stay there next time.
