Negatives: There was a mini fridge in hotel I bought food for it and was unware that it wasn't working all of the food i paid for went bad. the front desk people didn't do anything about it.

Positives: This is our second stay in this hotel. With this price range, this hotel is above our expectations. Very clean, location is great and very friendly staff. We stayed here 9 days and enjoyed every second.
Negatives: We needed to work from home during our stay. The WiFi was a little bit slow but we had our mobile phoneÂ's WiFi. Faster internet is around 6-7 dollar a day which is also quite affordable.

Negatives: I was in the hotel for one week, not once my room was serviced or even a light service of at least taking the garbage out. Room ended full with flies.

Positives: Clean and appears to be well kept overall. Nice location. Free and abundant parking. Nice helpful staff. Quiet room location (upstairs in back of complex). Nice linens and towels and comfortable bed. Refrigerator in room.
Negatives: Bathroom had a huge puddle on the floor under the sink in the morning. Both hot and cold water lines under the sink were dripping/leaking onto the floor. Water lines were just old so not a brand new leak.

Negatives: Cigarette smoke from other guests comes into your room. They neglected to mention that the rooms are not cleaned daily unless requested. During this time of COVID, not acceptable. Also, this is not a 3 star hotel. Maybe more like 2.4.
