Easy access and centrally located.
Negatives:
The hotel boasts a resort feel but looks and feels nothing like it. The breakfast was literally bagels a little bit of fruit and some pastries. That’s not a breakfast, don’t call it that. The mattress was concave and the bathroom was tiny.

The lobby area is currently under construction for remodeling which made the breakfast inconvenient. And the pool heater was broken. Otherwise this is a nice place.

* Open air hallways - staff I passed on the way to the gym at 5+am were all bundled up and I just might have made them shiver.
* Unsheltered stairs to the 2nd floor
* No nice breakfast (like all the reviews said) & seating was pathetic. Could easily have put some tables & chairs in the space.
The $75 per day deposit didn’t make sense to me either. Luckily I was only staying a couple of days!
I think they need to let the staff have sone creativity to improve the guest experience.

Positives:
Room is cozy and clean, having a tub for hot bath with high volume of hot water. space is big enough very easy to open the luggage case.
Negatives:
The hotel is under refreshing. The main entrance is closed and have to use the other doors to enter or exit. Yet, those doors are not locked nor controlled which might be security concern. Also, due to refreshing, there are plastic and paper cover on some aisles and it became quite unpleasant when the wind blew. I had a terrible sleep on the second day. But, the stuff was kind and considerate to change my room to the back which was far from the area under refreshing.

Some of the staff members were incredible - thank you to Steve, Liz and Diana for making the stay so great! The rooms are cute, very miami-esque and comfortable. Great location, and access to everything as well as nearby Apple.
Negatives:
I was staying on the 2nd floor and you can literally hear everything - people walking up stairs, voices etc… the walls are not sound proof basically. Other than that, zero complaints.

Was cheap due to heavy construction in lobby area, receptionist were not professional, breakfast had short hours and was minimal, outlet near sink did not work, bed was too hard. Gates are not locked and stays open, therefore compromising safety.
