When I arrived my room was very underwhelming. I took a photo went down to the lobby showed the night staff. She called the boss I quickly got a new room. It was better.

When I arrived my room it wasnt cleaned. There were 2 queen beds 1 bed looked like someone just slept in it very messy. There were no clean towels it was very dirty! I complained they gave me a new room! It was better
