The air in our room was so strong and loud and it blows right onto the bed so we could not sleep and the thermostat is locked so you cannot adjust the fan. We ended up leaving a day early because we were so uncomfortable.

even though I was on the 3rd floor the design of the building has an open 3rd floor right above the bar area, and I was 5 rooms away from that area, I could hear a large group of people parting in the Bar area, it started after 8pm and I left at Midnight

Area it actually used to be nice at least comfortable where you can sleep

I was not happy on how nasty that room was and it was feces on the toilet on the sink. I couldnt get in touch with anybody. The microwave was nasty. I couldnt believe it. I want a referral I called my bank they said try to get my money from you if not,

Our room was only cleaned twice in five days. One day there were towels dropped off and the empty toilet paper was not replaced, coffee and cream were not replenished and the garbage wasn't emptied.

This hotel has a great location. Right off the freeway. Close to so much shopping and restaurants. Straight shot out to many wineries. Weve stayed here multiple times.

Our one and only complaint was the bed was so uncomfortable. Mattress was extremely hard so we didnt sleep very well on it.

The room was awful, shower barely worked, toilet flushed all night. No lights in room. Surprised an embassy suite hotel had the room conditions we had.
