The location was tucked back away from the busy street, the room was big and clean. Great for the low price

In the early morning the freeway noise got loud, we had to keep the air running to help cover the noise. It isn't in walking distance to the downtown area like some other hotels so you need to take Ubers.

Room 218 had no locks window slid right open screen was loose had a make shift walkway outside the window a wall blocked my window from view requested something to secure window lady seemed annoyed. Soon after I turned my tv on it was about 12 30 pm man in 318 above me seemed to be on something he stomped his feet jumped up and down slammed something to the ground went in and out of his door slamming it it happend back to back then randomly it was very aggressive and I was afraid to call the woman downstairs for both our safety. I packed my bag and left.

The staff double charged me and that set off a fraud on my CC and shut access to my CC down for my trip. Did not have my room available and one person had to sleep on a dirty couch. Shower wad dirty. Stuff was not helpful.
