Positives:
Nice lobby/breakfast areas. Clean. Staff was friendly. Super close to old town Temecula. Parking was easy and accessible. Room set-up was great for a group of 5 of us and very accessible.
Negatives:
Shower was soft and low pressure. Toilet kept stopping up so me called for a plunger. We were told there was only one person on staff at 9pm and we needed to come and get it ourselves. No extra toilet paper. Had to go to the lobby to get our own extra pillows and blanket for the sofa bed.

The room was filthy. Hair and dirt all over the bathroom and floors. Food, hair and dirt on the remote control. Hair on the bedspread. Towels were dirty or very stained. The bathroom sink and counter were not cleaned at all. All surfaces had dirt, food and dust on them. The room had an overwhelming smell of air freshener. It was awful.
