All available outlets did not work. Even their own blow dryer had no electricity.

It was very quiet and secluded despite being next to the highway. It was a good and safer alternative to la hotels I felt like. Free breakfast and parking was a huge plus! Check in and out was super simple. I even had to add on a day and it was very easy.

I didnt like the water pressure. It was practically non existent. It stayed hot, but the water is also incredibly hard and has high mineral content so it left my hair absolutely disgusting. It would be nice to be able to keep the ac going constantly.

They had an issue with the fire alarm when we tried to call to see what the issue was the front desk did not answer. So I sent my significant other to ask the front desk and they just simply said it was going off in a few of the other rooms. So basically no answers about when the alarms would stop and why they were going off. I was in the middle of showering. So I no longer felt comfortable and just wanted to leave.

I dropped my credit card. It was found by staff and I received a call the fllowing night around 9 pm. The call was super unprofessional. Asked if they would mail me my card. They said they would ask the manager and took my address. No follow up. Called the next day. Same thing. Unprofessional, took my info was told they would ask a manager. No follow up. Never received my card. Called back the following week and hung up on the 3rd incompetent, unprofessional person to answer the phone.
