Positives: The staff was exceptional. The hotel was clean and conveniently located. We had a great dinner at their bar. And my kids loved the heated pool. I will definitely return and recommend to others.

Positives: Peaceful, comfortable beds, great location to the walk-on ferry to the city of San Francisco, super local restaurants to choose from. The restaurant at the lodge had a spacious dining room and an Ok dinner menu. Service was professional and kind.
Negatives: The bathroom could use a serious update. The bathroom fan Was obnoxiously loud. The entry carpet was showing stains of wear. Considering the location, the entry would have been better suited to use slate tile or a rustic laminate for traffic-wear and tear

Positives: Our room was large and we liked the queen beds. The room is fine and we liked being within walking distance of the ferry. The Tiburon Tavern, which is adjacent, was also very convenient. The staff were engaged and helpful.
Negatives: I didn't like being tricked into purchasing the "amenities package." The fact that another $30/night would be assessed became apparent after I had consummated the two-night reservation - on a non-refundable basis. We didn't use most of the amenities.

Positives: location is great. Front desk staff is polite, efficient and helpful. Restaurant is good. Nice & cozy Lobby. Fair price
Negatives: Rooms are a bit dated. Desk has only one outlet for electronics. I needed many more. I requested and received a "multi-strip" to use. Hall carpet on the second floor was severely water stained. Looked very unattractive.
