Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The card lock system was not working across the entire property. Staff had to manually let guests into their rooms every time someone left, which was very frustrating — especially since the front desk closes at 11 PM. The staff were overwhelmed trying to let dozens of people in and out of their rooms.
Key control systems are a fundamental requirement for any hotel, and there should have been a plan to fix the issue promptly. I originally planned to stay for a week, but I ended up switching to another hotel that wasn’t as frustrating.
Additionally, the hotel advertises breakfast between 6 AM and 10 AM, but don’t count on getting anything — food was completely gone by 8 AM.
