Rooms were very damaged, not updated, carpet heavily stained after finally complaining to management. I spoke with Barbara who informed me that my room on the 6th floor wasn’t renovated that she can move me for additional $200 deposit to the 10th floor after explaining to her inconvenience she finally agreed to me move me to 10th without deposit until Thursday due to finally being empathetic since i’m arrived for my daughter surgery Thursday. So i moved Thursday night after my daughter surgery @ 11pm to the 10th floor which was completely renovated huge difference. I was nice to finally relax. I check out on 20th came home few days later developed a rash which i assumed was mosquitoes but that aggressive form still developed more bumps now my daughter has them . Now its over week finally called the hotel on September 28th to get the GM email to send pictures on October 2nd went to the dr found i contracted scabies had mi apartment inspected was told i has bedbugs. All this happened after staying at the holiday Inn.

The hotel staff was excellent. They were under renovation. You couldn't tell because they made your stay excellent.

You had to pay for parking every day.When you already paid for your room.

i booked a queen or king and upon arrival was told there no vacancies due to remodeling and was offered a double twin. the a/c blew smelly air. under the bathroom sink was a moldy towel wrapped around a pipe. the handicap parking is far from the exit.
