Positives:
The location is close to my parents and 20 minute drive to LAX. Easy to find but not in the busy area of Torrance. I also liked their staff and they have free breakfast.
Negatives:
I found out after booking that they dont have elevators. Im just glad that the night manager helped us with our luggage. Hes really nice. I hope they change their furnitures especially the sofa bed which is sooo old!

the worst mattresses ever. both had severe back pain. and they were so noisey. the breakfast was lousey. oatmeal stuck to the side of the serving container. no Yougurt. Eggs taste and consistency were like they were cooked with lots of water terrible

Lady at desk that checked us in is not good for the hospitality business. She was not helpful in checking us in, had things wrong on our reserv. and than on two occasions when securing items at the store she did acknowledge us in completing the purchase

They ran out of food several times at breakfast so had to wait for them to refill some of the items. Pancake maker was cumbersome to use and resulted in tiny pancakes. Loud party on our first day there.
