Negatives:
We arrived at 5:30pm and were told that the room is not ready yet (check-in time is 4pm). We came back at 7pm and the room was still not ready. We were asked to wait longer, but after complaining we were given a new room. The room was dirty and old. The location was bad.

The grounds were messy, and several things in our room did not work and no one came to fix them.

It felt homey and the staff was friend but the grounds could of used some sweeping. Lots of cobwebs.
Positives:
I liked that it was a suite big enough to accommodate my family. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff was polite and attentive. The front desk lady was a little slow but she was super helpful while a line turned behind us. She helped us and explained everything while she did it.
Negatives:
I didnt like that the TVs were older. The one in the living room had a vcr. No options to explore online or on demand content. Only basic cable.

We have stayed here many times over the years. Facility needs to be updated furniture is old, interior doors dont close completely, etc. Lack of elevator is problematic for us seniors.
